Temperature Controls
On the t80, the temperature is customisable using the dial underneath the flow mode selection dial and above the power button, which you can “set and forget”. All you then have to do is power on the shower with the button and that’s it.
Some things to consider with this model is that, as this is one of their cheapest showers, it does not come with things like; phased shutdown, and maximum temperature factory setting, which does not come as a surprise as it is an extremely low-cost shower.
Power Consumption
With regard to power consumption, the T80 range comes in four, kilowatt ratings: 7.5kW, 8.5kW, 9.5kW, and 10.5kW. All four of them are ranked A in terms of energy efficiency, making the Triton T80 very economical to use. Shower Head
This shower comes with the 8000 series 117mm handheld one that has five spray patterns. This is one of the more budget-friendly Triton shower heads. However, one great thing about it, is all the nozzles are rub-clean, making this shower head very easy to clean and maintain. It is also covered by a one-year warranty.

Design
As mentioned earlier, this shower comes in a nice sleek chrome, and in my opinion, it has a really nice look to it. I particularly like the transition from the chrome to the white fascias of the shower box/valve/head, etc.
In terms of functionality, the Triton T80 has simple power controls, being activated with just a push of a button. So, if you have already configured your temperature settings and flow option, you can just press the power button and enjoy your shower.
Triton Easy-Fit+ Technology
The Triton T80 comes with Easy-Fit+ technology. This means that it will be more compatible with previous model installations, allowing you to install or fit it much easier. This is quite similar to the Mira Jump, in that it has multiple entry points for water and cables, allowing for an easier fitting.

Verdict: Should You Buy The Triton T80?
The Triton T80 has many benefits as a replacement shower. It’s affordable and easy to install. You can even use it to replace older Triton showers or cover existing holes from other brands. Plus, it comes with a two-year warranty.
However, it does have one drawback. The temperature controls are lacking. There’s no max temperature setting, phased shutdown, or anti-scalding system. This is common with cheaper models.
Overall, the Triton T80 is a great option for its price and features.
